Farm Holidays with Feather Down Farm Days.

We are pleased to have a joint venture with Featherdown Farm days. Their luxury tents offer the perfect holiday home for you to be able to not only enjoy beautiful Devon but will also give you and your children the opportunity to stay on a working dairy farm and find out all about us. Being in the middle of Devon you will have the advantage of being able to explore not only both coastlines but also both Dartmoor and Exmoor.

The Feather Down Farm Days tents are wonderful accommodation with canvas walls, a big refrectory table and stove.

Don't forget your wellies as you'll need them for exploring the farm and the woodland. The fun doesn't stop just because of a little rain.

At Billingsmoor Farm the children get to do what they love doing, learning about nature through bug hunts and adventures. They are tired little souls by the end of the day!

Staying on Billingsmoor farm

When you stay with us we will always give you the opportunity to take part in one of our farm walks. This gives you the chance to learn all about our farm, our cropping routine, feeding the calves and watching the cows being milked.

Hot Tubs: Two of our tents have hot tubs	Chickens: If you wish have your own coop next to your tent and look after some chickens. If you are lucky they might lay you some eggs! This can be arranged at booking time or directly with the farm.
Bread Oven: Robert lights the bread oven at least twice a week, and this gives you the chance to be “Jamie Oliver” for the evening.	Stewpots: We offer you the chance to cook your own stew on one of our stewpots. All the ingredients are provided as well as the stewpot. This can be booked at the time of booking or directly with the farm.

Group Bookings

Here at Billingsmoor we cater for groups and parties for all sorts of celebrations, Hen/Stag parties and Corporate events. Why not book all of our tents and hold that special celebration or event here. We are very happy to work with you on catering requirements such as hog roasts or arrange outside caterers for you. With our “Old Shippen Barn” we are able to provide you with an indoor area in event of inclement weather.
