These 14"-16" Pink and black polyester crinoline petticoats with lace trim are a great accessory for 1000s of costume ideas! Manufacturer's specs for this item say fits up to size 6-16 with elastic waist between 24-38" and 16" length, but we have found that they can measure 14". This is shorter than a traditional 19" petticoat, but much longer than the micro 10" crinolines that are featured in our store. Great with sexy Fairy and dance theme costumes, or wear on the outside with hot-shorts for the retro Madonna look!
