Vintage 1980's Blouse from Julie Francis size 6 tag (please see measurements for best fit). Blue and cream tartan plaid silk fabric with Cream lace collar and prong set Rhinestone buttons. Julia Francis is known for tailored clothes with a European flair and for dressing Kitty Dukakis in the 1988 presidential election. The details on this top are pretty EPIC! Guipure lace Peter Pan collar. Extra full puff sleeves with dramatic long 3 button cuffs. Patch pockets with button at chest. The prong set rhinestone buttons are like little jewel accents. In great condition with light wear. Slight discoloration at inside of collar and cuffs- does not affect wear or presentation. No other major flaws found. Shown on 5'11" size 4/6 mannequin. Measurements taken laying flat and doubled where appropriate.
