This is an MA-1 flight jacket made by Alpha Industries around the 1990s. ALPHA is widely known as a contract manufacturer of US military flight jackets. This MA-1 was manufactured and sold to the public in the early 1990s, with MIL-J-82790J (USAF) specification. It is a valuable item, manufactured at the Alpha headquarters factory (Knoxville, Tennessee).
