This is a very rare 90s American-made Levi's 501 with an "IRREGULAR" stamp.

The black stamp on the patch was applied only to items that were deemed irregular for some reason according to the inspection standards of the time. The quality of the product is comparable to the regular ones, and it is rather a valuable collector's item as a "one-of-a-kind" piece.
