I wish I could find more information on this absolutely one-of-a-kind vase, but it seems to be such a rarity that I cannot find anything similar online. It is most likely from the Victorian or Edwardian era - or possibly even much older from 18th or 19th century!!
It does have a makers mark on the bottom, but unfortunately, I was unable to identify it.
Even the material itself doesn’t seem to be a regular porcelain. Best porcelain is the closest I could place it, but it might be more of a type of plaster or different ceramic or pottery type.
It is approximately 6 1/2 inches tall and is an excellent antique condition with just minor wear. A good cleaning with the right safe material we’ll have this one of a kind item Perfect for your collection.!
