These are used pants, but there are no noticeable stains or damages. They are dark blue in color. They contain 2% polyurethane for stretch.
The tag size is 28, but I have measured them. Please refer to the amateur measurements below:

- Rise: approximately 23.5cm
- Thigh width: approximately 24cm
- Inseam: approximately 77cm (measured along the inseam to the hem)
