Bikeman Upgraded Wastegate Actuators: Bikeman Upgraded Wastegate Actuators have been engineered to deliver maximum boost response for your factory frame turbocharger. The upgraded actuator features an enhanced ‘Working Ratio’ compared to the stock equipment, resulting in improved boost response across the RPM range.

This improved ‘Working Ratio’ is achieved by increasing the effective surface area of the diaphragm and revising the springs used, allowing for greater leverage against the forces the actuator must manage (boost and backpressure) while maintaining excellent responsiveness.

When upgrading with the same base pressure as factory settings, you can anticipate a broader boost and torque curve, with peak boost achieved earlier in the RPM range and sustained longer into higher RPMs. These enhancements can be further maximized with higher base pressures, though tuning and recalibration may be necessary.

These actuators are compatible with Polaris RZR Turbo and Turbo S models from 2016-2021. Please refer to the vehicle application guide for more details.
