I ordered this backpack on October the 30th. I received it November the 3rd. The item was packaged in a regular white envelope style package and when I first opened it up I did not take a good overlook on the item. However when I got to work I noticed one of the handles of the helm was nearly cut through. I do believe it is a damaged product from the shipping center.
Other than the one damaged area, no other scratches, scrapes, or scuffs on this item.
I managed to repair the damage helm handle by using some super glue and at a quick glance one would not even know it is damaged. I talked to the company and they have sent me a replacement. The reason why I'm wanting to sell this one
If anybody does not mind having a small defect and otherwise a perfect backpack please do not hesitate to purchase this item.
I am also only willing to ship within the US. No out of country buyers please
