This is the 2nd solo album from NENE, the rapper from Yuru Fuwa Gang, who gained significant attention for her guest appearance on The Chemical Brothers' "No Geography." The album features her Yuru Fuwa Gang partner Ryugo Ishida on "6969 feat. Ryugo Ishida," a psychedelic bass/trap number with poetry about life and death. It also includes the emotional MV track "Jiai," which depicts her inner self on ethereal, spacey electronic sounds. The album also features "Meiki feat. Awich," a collaboration with Awich, with ethnic synth loops and bouncy beats. Furthermore, it includes "Jigoku Ezu feat. NIPPS," a loud boom bap tune featuring BUDDHA BRAND's NIPPS, which showcases a new side of her artistry. This collection of six exceptional tracks is themed around yokai (Japanese spirits), and the album artwork, which symbolizes this theme, was created by tattoo artist GANJI.
