This is a solid black jacket, but under the collar, its brown. The lining is a fun, smaller print plaid. The outside is polyester and the lining is a cotton blend. It is not insulated, but the two layers of fabric will provide some warm. There are two hand pockets. Cuffs have two buttons so you can tighten it to keep out the chill. The hem has some stretch. Gently worn with no apparent flaws.
