This is a complete set, including the highly valuable first edition issues 1-3.
It is currently out of print, so it is considered very valuable as a reference.
One unfortunate point is that a part of issue 1 has been cut out (this was the case when I purchased it). Other than that, I believe there are no particular problems.
The condition is that of a typical used book. In my subjective opinion, it is relatively beautiful. I don't think there are any tears or noticeable stains.
However, as it is old, there may be oversights, so please purchase with the understanding that it is non-refundable and non-returnable (NCNR).
