To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Eiichi Ohtaki's debut, the new album "HAPPY ENDING" is released. This album features a total of 11 songs, mainly written for TV dramas from the mid-90s onwards. All songs are included for the first time. A masterpiece of the Reiwa era, packed with gorgeous chorus work and exquisite strings, is born here!! Could this be Eiichi Ohtaki's last solo album!?

Since 1987, when the main release format for Ohtaki Eiichi's works shifted away from analog, this is the first time that a re-press has been made from the same cutting master, making it a valuable record.

"Shiawase na Ketsumatsu" (Happy Ending), the original single released 13 years after "EACH TIME," was a major hit as the theme song for the Fuji TV Getsuku drama "Love Generation." It achieved million-seller status and has been covered by numerous artists, making it a shining masterpiece in Japanese pop history.
