Classic style high waist skirt by Ellen Tracy. From the 1970's. The soft fabric is 80% wool, 20% polyester. Fully lined. Dry clean. Charcoal grey. Back zip with hooks at the back of the waist. These can be moved a bit to adjust the fit of the waist. Side pockets. Back vent. The front has box pleats. Marked size 10, todays size 4. It measures 30" long down the front center, 27" from below the band. The wide band is 3" wide in front, 2 1/4" on the sides and back. Laying flat seam to seam it's 13 1/2" across at the waist, 21" at the hips. It's in excellent condition. I ship same or next business day.
