This is the "TANKER" series, the signature series of PORTER, first released in 1983.
It uses an original three-layer construction fabric developed with the motif of the American Air Force flight jacket "MA-1". The 3-layer fabric of nylon twill (surface) + polyester cotton (intermediate layer) + nylon taffeta (back) is very light, and the soft feel of the bonding material and the vivid rescue orange on the back are attractive. It is a series packed with the thorough commitment of Yoshida Kaban craftsmen in all processes from cutting to sewing and parts.
The color is black, and the back is a vivid rescue orange. In addition, aluminum zippers, which were rare at the time of release, are used, and the paint on metal fittings such as snap buttons and carabiner hooks is designed to peel off with use, allowing for aging.
This is a compact-sized duffel bag that is perfect for carrying around your everyday belongings such as wallets and smartphones. In addition to the main storage area, there are multiple pockets on the front and back, making it convenient for storing frequently used items such as smartphones.
