First Generation Life Game Black Edition - Extremely Rare Collector's Item

This is the "initial version" of the Game of Life, released in Japan.
It's the earliest type, featuring black spaces and "Poor Farm," making it a highly sought-after collector's item.
Believed to be from 1968-70, it shows signs of aging. There's some soiling on the bottom of the outer box, but the board and parts, while showing some discoloration and light stains from age, appear to be mostly unused. The roulette wheel also functions without issue.
All parts are present (with one spare of each type of paper money).

The so-called "black board" (with black spaces) is a sign of the earliest versions. This item, predating the explosion of the Game of Life's popularity in Japan, is extremely rare, having been around for over 55 years since its debut.
Note that this item does not have the ST mark (Safety Toy mark) on the box.
The ST mark system was established in 1971, so the absence of the ST mark indicates that this item was sold before 1970.
