This item comes pre-owned from a single own, collector's home. The bobble head is in pretty good shape and has been on display since purchased. It has a light sticky feel. I don't know the reason for this. It does still glow, but the effect is very minimal now. It has possible discoloration - the head and body look slightly different shades now.
