Due to the price of the card, the shipping fees and label cannot be through Mercari's pre-paid label system so the price is above current market to absorb the costs of insured packing and mailing. This is so if anything should happen to it in transit while in the hands of USPS, the package is insured and both parties can be re-imbursed. You will be required to sign for the package to accept it, there will also be recording of the packing process to show the condition prior to being handed to USPS.
