Description

There is a piezo spark ignition and 3 snap action thermostatic controls with on-off valves, one set of controls for every 12" width of griddle surface, and they can set precise temperatures between 200 to 550 degrees F.

The GTGG36-GT36M HD Counter series gas-powered griddle uses Natural Gas and operates at 27,000 BTU burner per 12" of width for a total 84,000 BTU/hr with a 3/4" NPT gas connection.

There is a 4" deep front grease trough on this griddle. This freestanding countertop unit has stainless steel front, sides and back. This griddle is designed as a freestanding unit with a set of 4" stainless steel adjustable legs and it can be used on a countertop and can be banked with other HD Counter series countertop equipment.

This griddle is NSF listed for safety, and it is CSA Blue Flame and CSA Design certified for gas-fired products.
