Lightweight, well-balanced construction for comfortable use. Handles crafted from polyoxymethylene (POM) to resist fading and discoloration. Includes 2.5" peeling knife, 2.75" paring knife, 2.75" trimming knife, 3" spear point paring knife, 4.5" utility knife, 5" hollow edge Santoku knife, 8" bread knife, 8" chef’s knife, four 4.5" steak knives, 9" honing steel, kitchen shears, and acacia knife storage block.
