Very good/good condition; no stains; very good exterior condition; the interior black lining has a few missing stitches near the bottom hemline at the seams on the left and the right (see 2nd and 3rd to last photos); the left pocket also has hole/several missing stitches in the bottom of the pocket portion (see last photo); buttons were deliberately sewn with longer lengths of threads to allow easier buttoning of the coat, but the top button is looser (on longer thread) than the others
