Size Small (size chart included) and comes with bodysuit, jacket, bunny ears, gloves, and bow! I’m only missing the bunny tail itself but that can easily be added. I’ve also modified it to include bra cups for a little more support! Only noticeable flaw is the metal rivet missing in the back where the bow clips in via safety pin.
The sizing is fairly accurate! I’m 5’7 with a 26 inch waist and it fit perfectly. I’m unsure of the brand though, it’s hard to find any cosplay websites currently selling this. If you have any questions, please let me know :)
