Irene Galitzine Couture navy blue wool racer neck, fitted sheath, braid trim dress. Navy blue wool dress has cut in shoulders with a round neck, the dress is fitted through the bodice, with a vertical navy blue decorative braid down the side, there are three gold lions head buttons. A seamed waist with hip darts, a matching vertical decorative braid trim on the opposite side with no buttons. The skirt tapers to the hem which is trimmed with navy braid. The dress closes at the back with a zipper + hook & eye at the top. The dress is fully lined in navy silk. Fits a size 2 or small 4. From the 1960s.
