A framed print of the Japanese ukiyo-e woodblock print titled "Ōtsuki Plain in Kai Province" (Kai Ōtsuki no hara), created by the renowned artist Utagawa Hiroshige (Andō Hiroshige). The artwork is part of Hiroshige's famous series, Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji (Fuji Sanjū-Rokkei). It depicts a view of the Ōtsuki plain with Mount Fuji visible in the background. The foreground features various autumn wildflowers, including pampas grass, yellow patrinia, and bellflowers, which are traditionally known as the Seven Herbs of autumn (nanakusa). The original print was created in April 1858.
