cushioned back support, double drawstring/waterproof top closure under a waterproof cap which also has a zippered section for storage, large zippered storage pockets on the sides
Middle section can zipper closed to create a barrier from the bottom or can be opened as one large unit
Measurements are tough lol
It can fit so much! When empty & laid flat: the top to bottom of the back brace area is about 25”, cushioned back braces area width without including the siding/pockets is about 10”, including the side and midway through the pockets, it’s about 18.5”
The bottom base rectangle is about 8”x14”
