The silver atomizer cap and neck have naturally discolored / oxidized over time. This is very normal and a common occurrence throughout this particular line of Chloe fragrances. It can be polished back to its former state using silver cleaner or some other DIY mixture, however I personally like the vintage patina look, so I've left it as is.
I will properly pack the bottle for shipment and protect/cover the atomizer to ensure no loss of liquid in transit.
