LEGO "Knights' Kingdom" Series II Morcia's Castle, a large set released in 2004, is characterized by its hybrid design that can be transformed into both the King's castle and the villain "Vladek's" scorpion castle by swapping flags and blue parts!
It's the only large castle in the Knights' Kingdom series, with interesting gimmicks, and is a popular set even after being discontinued.
