LEGO Batman: Arkham Asylum (7785) Complete Build - READ DESCRIPTION

LEGO Batman Arkham Asylum (Set 7785). The main build is complete to my knowledge and has only been displayed by an adult collector. All set pieces are clean and in excellent pre-owned condition, with all stickered parts neatly applied. The set includes Batman and two Arkham guards only. The original instruction manual is included and is in good condition, along with the original sticker sheet containing unused extra stickers. Parts will be separated in Ziplock bags for organized rebuilding.

The following minifigures are NOT included: Nightwing (and his bike), Poison Ivy, The Riddler, and Scarecrow. No other figures or accessories beyond what is shown are included. This set comes exactly as seen in the photos.

This item comes from an adult collector in a pet-free, smoke-free home.

All items are stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to preserve their condition.
