This is a multi-function pen, a Dr. Grip 4+1, which I received a while ago but haven't used. It features a 4-color ballpoint pen and a mechanical pencil, with a Disney design.
As shown in the photo, the bodies are designed with the 36th anniversary of Tokyo Disneyland and Toy Story, from left to right.
The ballpoint pen has a 0.7mm tip, and the mechanical pencil has a 0.5mm lead.
These are quite rare designs, as they are no longer sold.
Regarding the Tokyo Disneyland 36th anniversary design, the contents have been removed from the package due to the bag being dirty from home storage. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
