This shirt uses the Piccolo pattern from Marimekko. It's similar to the Jokapoika shirt, but this item was designed by Mika Piirainen.

Marimekko often features items for women or smaller sizes, but this is a men's size. The calm color scheme is also something I'd like to recommend.
