Worn once but no longer fits which is a shame because this is a really beautiful tailored shirt by Paul Smith. The label simply says 18/45 which is the collar size. Length is 30" Pit to Pit 23". Shoulder width 18" I would best describe this a an XL SLIM FIT as a guide. Please check your own measurements before ordering. Besides that, it really is a beautiful garment which was orn once for a special occasion about 12 months ago and has been hung in my wardrobe in a pet and smoke free home since. 100% Cotton
