This year (2025), 〈mina perhonen〉 celebrates its 30th anniversary. A special edition mook that explores the appeal of 〈mina perhonen〉, which continues to create with integrity, and designer Akira Minagawa, from various angles, will be released on December 23rd (Tuesday) by '&Premium' and 'Casa BRUTUS'.
The exhibition 'tsugu minä perhonen' held at the Setagaya Museum of Art in Tokyo from November 22nd (Saturday) will be introduced, along with how to enjoy it. This is a保存版 (preservation edition) with artwork specially drawn by Minagawa for the '30th Anniversary Special Edition' and the '30th Anniversary Edition' adorning the cover.
The bonus for the '30th Anniversary Special Edition' is a limited-edition special tote bag. It features a special design, the first of its kind for the brand, combining two textiles, "metsä" and "run run run," from the 〈mina perhonen〉 archive. The material is thick cotton fabric, with a shoulder strap and a short handle for convenient carrying. This special tote bag, only available here, is the first triple collaboration item by 〈mina perhonen〉, '&Premium', and 'Casa BRUTUS'.
