This is a poster made as a prize for the Monster Hunter Iceborne Ichiban Kuji lottery.
It's a super rare item, with only 50 of each, Velkhana and Nargacuga, available as the Triple Chance prize.
The illustrations are newly drawn by Yuji Kaida, known as a kaiju (monster) artist whose representative works include Ultraman and Gundam.
Although it has been opened once, it has not been exposed to light, and the humidity is controlled, so there is little deterioration. However, please refrain from purchasing if you are a perfectionist, as it is stored by an amateur.
Currently, it is not listed anywhere else and is a very valuable item.
