New, Unused Sylvanian Families Light-Up Living Room Set with Fireplace - Lights Confirmed Working

I purchased this for display about 15 years ago and have kept it stored away since then.

Now that my child has been born and my lifestyle has changed, I don't think I'll be displaying it, so I'm putting it up for sale.

It's completely unused, and the small bags haven't been opened. I opened it this time to check if the fireplace light still works.
It lit up with regular alkaline batteries.
However, I couldn't confirm it lighting up with my rechargeable batteries.
The box has some stains due to the passage of time, but the sofa is stain-free.
It uses one AAA battery. Please prepare the battery separately as it is not included.
