On the front, the furigana (ruby characters) for the name appear to be "Senoto" either from the original printing or due to deterioration.
There are no signs of pressure marks or folds, but there are fine scratches.
When light is shone on the front, vertical lines are visible on the left side at regular intervals, which is a common phenomenon with lottery versions.
I have judged that these are not scratches, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
