This is a Maison Special volume balloon overall.
The waist can be adjusted with strings on both sides.
It has been worn once.
I am 157cm tall and the length was hemmed by hand so that it would barely touch the floor. However, there is about 10cm of fold-over, so it is possible to make the length longer.
