Paramo Womens Alta II Jacket – neon blue/midnight Medium

The Women's Alta II Jacket has a tailored fit for the female form through redesign of the shoulder, arm, waist and hip areas. It has an easily adjustable cuff design which allows sleeves to be pushed up for cooling and additional temperature control is provided by single-handed waist and hem drawcord pulls. This also helps eliminate rucking when load carrying. The jacket also includes removable foam inserts in the back for comfort when carrying a rucksack and to help removal of perspiration, two generous handwarming pockets, storage provided by one large external working pocket, a large internal dry map pocket and one unique fast access pocket with Velcro closure and attachment loop which can be used for protecting and securing essential items. The jacket uses Nikwax Analogy Pump Liner, which mimics the action of animal fur - pushing liquid water outwards to protect you from rain, condensation and perspiration, while protecting your insulation. This is combined with a Directional microfibre outer to deflect wind and rain. The key benefits of this system is its two layer construction that traps still air giving superior insulation to keep you warm. The Outer layer provides Directional water-repellency while the Pump Liner actively pushes liquid moisture away from the body keeping you dry from precipitation, perspiration and condensation.
