This is a set of a Parker Insignia Cisele Sterling Silver ballpoint pen and mechanical pencil. Made in USA.
The Insignia sterling silver, especially the ballpoint pen and mechanical pencil set, is a very rare and valuable item.
There are some minor scratches and dirt, but there are no noticeable scratches or dents, and it is clean for its age. Please see the photos.
There are no problems with the knock or twist action, and it can be written with. The cap feels a little loose.
