Hey friends. I dont generally sell off my doubles of golden age, especially EC, but i need a quick nickel, not a slow dime...nowatimsain?
These are pre-trend. The 3 eras of EC:
First is Pre-trend, Bill's Dad's era. EC stood for Educational Comics back then and mainly thats what they produced. Then came New Trend, the famous era of Tales from the Crypt and the birth of MAD, ECs precode heyday. Then after the events with the senate, Wertham, & pills, we crawl on our bellies into the New Direction.. Some cool stuff came out, but mostly bloodless pale drek produced by some amazing artists who must have felt completely disgusted with their country and its witch hunts. The art noticably suffers, but the writing was worse.
So now you know a bit of history, if you didnt already.
Picture Stories from American History #1 in a killer F+/VF- or better.
Picture Stories from World History #2 VG- at best, writing and wear
both are 1946, i believe.
