This is an anniversary bear created in 1998 to commemorate the first anniversary of the "Teddy Bear Kingdom," a teddy bear museum located within Huis Ten Bosch in Nagasaki.
Limited to 1500 pieces. The white tag on the ear has "L.ED. of 1500pcs." indicating a limited edition, and "01038" indicating the edition number, both in red letters.
It features beautiful pink curly mohair and Japanese-style black eyes. A ribbon in red, white, and blue, inspired by the Dutch flag, representing Huis Ten Bosch, is tied around the neck. The ribbon is printed with "Margarete Steiff GmbH" and "Teddy Bear Kingdom." The words "Anniversary Bear 1998" are embroidered on the sole of the right foot.
Comes with a certificate of authenticity and the original box.

It was displayed in a showcase and then stored in the box.
The box shows some minor damage.
The envelope containing the certificate has some slight stains.

Shipping will be done via Mercari delivery, with the outer box wrapped in cushioning material.
