I purchased this R13 OVER BUBBLE shirt at MUSE this year.
Unlike the usual R13 shirts, this one has elastic at the hem, allowing you to freely adjust the position of the top.
It's a lovely shirt, but I don't think it suits me very well, so I've only tried it on and kept it in my closet.
R13 items are originally made with a vintage feel, so any fuzziness is from the time of purchase.
