Runes Black Gemstone ( onyx obsidian ?) golden marks runology magical divination

The practice of studying runes is known as Runology Today used for divination, spellcasting, and spiritual guidance within modern pagan and esoteric practices. The stones / Crystals in your image appear to be black polished stones with engraved golden runes. Based on their appearance (smooth, dark, and glossy), they are most likely black obsidian or black onyx. Both are common choices for rune sets: • Black Obsidian → Volcanic glass, smooth and slightly reflective, often used in divination because of its grounding and protective qualities. • Black Onyx → A chalcedony variety, more opaque and heavier, also widely used for rune carvings. Since these stones look quite shiny and glass-like in texture, I’d lean toward obsidian. But its a guess - could be black agate or very dark tigers eye.. please take a close up look before buying. i also have some Amethyst ones that i will be listing soon ideal for Xmas
