Stone Island continues the development of its 2022 Spring/Summer collection and has released a new cotton ripstop OFF-DIE OVD capsule. Consisting of outerwear and knitwear made of cotton and military-grade cotton ripstop, the new drop is named after the processes used for each item.
All jackets are finished with a cycle of reactive dyeing and resin coating, and the dried garments are treated with corrosive resin to remove some of the color. This process gives all items a unique finish before over-dyeing, washing, and drying.
Military-spec cotton ripstop is used for anoraks and overshirts, featuring technical details such as a split hood (can be stored in two halves) and lower hand pockets. In addition, the capsule features a cotton fleece hooded sweatshirt, a vest made of rumproof cotton mesh, and a cotton fleece or pure cotton crew neck. All items have the Stone Island badge on the left sleeve, which is also treated with off-dye OVD.
