The typeface is Minase.
It is a relaxed and dignified typeface based on the "Minase script" created by the Minase family, a family of court nobles.
The grades of koma, from lowest to highest, are: carved koma → carved-in koma → raised koma.
In the world of shogi, shogi apprentices (Shoreikai members) typically use carved koma, while professional players use raised koma.
