This is the LEGO Rescue Helicopter (6482), released in 1989.
I assembled it for the listing and have confirmed that all parts are present.
When batteries are inserted, the siren flashes and sounds.
The siren light can be switched between flashing and constant on by changing the parts.
The siren sound can be changed by turning the switch.
Both functions have been tested and confirmed to be working.
A 9V battery will also be included.
Some parts have discolored, possibly due to aging.

The box is not included, but the instruction manual is.
