Published in 1996 by W. W. Norton & Company (New York and London). This limited edition consists of one hundred and fifty copies, numbered and signed by the author. This is copy #24. Signed with a personal message from Brian Harrington, and dated Feb 1996. The slipcase is dirty with some signs of wear, but the book is is good condition with only light wear to the cover.
