This is a one-owner item purchased from a bookstore. Immediately after purchase, the CD was removed and placed in a separate case, the book was covered, and then stored in a dark place in a plastic bag.
I don't think there is any fading, including the spine.
I haven't read it much, so there isn't much soiling on the edges.
The obi (sleeve) is present. The fold-out poster is also intact.

There are no noticeable scratches on the CD surface.

Considering the release date, I think it's generally in good condition (personal opinion). However, because it's quite old, there may be some deterioration or damage that I haven't noticed, so please be aware of this.
