This is a repainted (used) Sylvanian Families "Light-Up Large House" from the Sylvanian Families series, repainted in white.

Includes the house and stairs.
The middle balcony and fence are not included.
Other items from the original set may be missing as well.

・The actual color may differ slightly from the photos due to lighting conditions and camera settings.
・I enjoy working on this as a hobby and do so carefully. As I am an amateur, there may be uneven paint, paint spills, scratches, or peeling due to contact.
・There may be areas where the paint is spilled or not fully applied.
・I use Turner's Gesso and Turner Milk Paint. Please refrain from wiping with water by rubbing strongly.

・Please understand that this is a remake created by an amateur for personal enjoyment. If you are looking for perfection or are overly concerned about details, please refrain from purchasing.
