This is a TCB standard model made to reproduce the paper patch of the 50s XX of Levi's 501.

The silhouette is traced from a vintage TCB owns, and the sewing threads are created by picking up the count and color one by one.

The fabric used is about 13.5oz Zimbabwe cotton.
Instead of the unevenness forcibly created by the current mainstream computers, it is created by adjusting the old-fashioned spinning machine.
The fading has a characteristic thick and short fall, and when it naturally connects to the line, you can expect it to show the best vertical fall.

The rise is deep and the silhouette is relaxed with a slight taper towards the hem.
The cut for inserting hidden rivets reproduces the most durable specification among the many methods at the time.

The waistband around the waist is sewn with a chain stitch to the end of the belt without using a base stitch.
The selvedge part of the so-called vintage era is often sewn roughly, so TCB jeans 50's also reproduces it to the extent that there is no problem with the strength.
Four colors of sewing thread are used for sewing, and five types of thread counts are used.
These jeans have many highlights, such as changing the sewing width depending on the sewing location, adjusting and modifying the sewing machine.
