These could be considered new, I bought them too small so they never fit me.
The only place to find these is in the UK.
They have the most compression of any leggings Ive ever owned, the material content isn’t something I can find anywhere else.
I would consider these on the small side in the waist. So if you wear a medium but have a small waist or if you wear a size small these will work for you.
Unstretched: 25” waist, 28” inseam, 11” rise.
These are about $80 new.
